Jaco obtained his LLB degree in 2003 at the University of Pretoria. He completed his articles and School for Legal Practice (post graduate) in 2004 and was admitted as Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2005. Jaco has been a Director of Lubbes Trust since 2009. He specialises in the drafting of wills and administration of deceased estates and trusts (inter vivos and mortis causa). Jaco is a member of the Fiduciary Institute of South Africa.

Annemarie obtained her qualification, AIPSA (DIP) at the University of Pretoria and certificate in Estate Administration through UNISA. She has 15 years’ experience in estate planning and administration and is passionate about the field. Annemarie joined Lubbes Trust in 2015 and was appointed as Director in 2021. Annemarie is a member of the Fiduciary Institute of South Africa.
